At Natural Eats, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their
purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return or exchange items purchased from Natural Eats under the following
conditions:
o You must initiate a return within seven (07) days of receiving your order.
o Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received
them. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
o Perishable goods (e.g., oils, food items) that have been opened or tampered with.
o Promotional items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
o Contact Us: Email us at returns@naturaleatspk.com with your order number, the
item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Or WhatsApp us with
the same details on 03337648624.
o Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return
Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items.
o Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your
RA number. Ship the items to the address provided by our team.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at
returns@naturaleatspk.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges
are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs:
o Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning
your item, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you received the wrong
item or a defective product).
o Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive
a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at

issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
